Over my 25-year career, I’ve had the chance to wear a lot of different hats, serving as both an investor and seller of companies and even working as a CFO and COO. I’ve managed everything from deal preparation to the final sale to strategic buyers, dealing with all the financial and operational hurdles along the way, both local and global. I’ve also done some work on the financing side, helping companies secure multiple venture capital and private equity investments.

I understand mergers and acquisitions backward and forwards. Here at Oaklyn Consulting, I use all the knowledge I’ve learned along the way to help small to mid-sized businesses make smart strategic decisions that achieve sustainable growth.

I bring a unique blend of financial knowledge and personal values to my work. My educational background includes a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama. I’m also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
