PlumSlice Acquired by Digital Wave Technology

Oaklyn Consulting is pleased to announce that Miami, Florida-based software provider PlumSlice has been acquired by Digital Wave Technology in a management-led buyout. Oaklyn assisted PlumSlice’s board of directors throughout the transaction, helping to evaluate strategic alternatives, vet interest from potential buyers and manage the negotiation process.

PlumSlice provides cloud-native SaaS enterprise software that helps retailers manage in-store and online sales across their entire organizations. PlumSlice’s advanced digital solutions automate complex workflows and manage enterprise data to power agile and responsive enterprises. Its cloud-based platform allows retailers and distributors to nimbly respond to disruptions and new opportunities, make better product decisions faster, and engage consumers more deeply.

Digital Wave Investments comprises knowledgeable investors and domain executives in retail, consumer brands and related technology. Its operating company Digital Wave Technology will leverage the PlumSlice technology platform. Lori Schafer, former CEO of PlumSlice and an experienced software technology executive, is CEO of Digital Wave Technology.
