AAC Utility Partners Acquired by E Source

Oaklyn Consulting is pleased to announce that South Carolina-based utility consulting company AAC Utility Partners has been acquired by E Source, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners. Oaklyn Consulting acted as financial advisor to the owners of AAC Utility Partners.

AAC Utility Partners is a vendor-independent consulting firm providing services exclusively to utilities throughout North America and the Caribbean for the transformation of CIS and other mission-critical systems. AAC is the leading independent cloud consulting firm focused on utility industry-specific applications and business process services.

E Source provides data science, market research and environmental consulting to more than 500 utilities across the U.S. and Canada. E Source’s acquisition of AAC Utility Partners will expand its consulting capabilities to help utilities accelerate their transformation to digital, data-driven organizations.
