Oaklyn Consulting congratulates Atlanta-based catering, food service and event company Proof of the Pudding on its recent acquisition by Bruin Capital. Oaklyn Consulting assisted Proof of the Pudding in evaluating potential partners and negotiating the transaction.

Proof of the Pudding, founded in 1979, specializes in venue and food service management, catering, hospitality and event production. Its previous clients have included large-scale professional golf tournaments, including the Players Championship & Tour Championship; college football stadiums and athletic departments, including the University of Georgia, Duke and Auburn universities; and premier catering venues such as Zoo Atlanta and the Carter Presidential Library. Proof currently oversees more than 20,000 events and experiences annually for hundreds of thousands of customers. Its current CEO, Adam Noyes, and the key leadership team will continue as an active part of the business.
